I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at (803) 205-0499 for instructions on approval and submission of your PO.

We currently offer Net30 Terms to schools and government agencies. However, all other businesses will be on a case-by-case basis. You may email customer service at sales@haulhaven.com for more details.

When you are ready to process your order, you can apply your coupon code in your cart. In the section titled ‘Have a promotional or coupon code?’ you can enter your code in the ‘Promo code’ box.

All products we carry at Bulk buy shirts are wholesale priced, but the more you buy, the more you save! A bulk pricing guide is included on each product page you browse, right below the space where you add items to your cart. Here, you will find the guest price you receive per item for smaller orders and also the threshold of minimum items you must purchase to receive additional bulk discounts.

Ordering in bulk has many advantages, the biggest being the savings it yields. Other benefits include saving time by avoiding repeated orders, stocking up on your favorite high-demand items, and free shipping on qualified orders!

Order Issues

Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel your order so that you can replace a new order, including your additional items. If this cancellation cannot be made before processing, you must place a new order for your other item(s).

You can request a Return Authorization for your item(s) by clicking on the ‘Return Policy’ link in the Customer Service Section at the bottom right-hand corner of our site. Once on this page, you can fill out the ‘Service Request Form’ at the bottom. Make sure and include your order number and item(s) that you’re requesting to return, along with colors and sizes. Once this information is received, we will contact you back by email with your return details.

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing the order immediately and cannot make any changes or cancelations. We offer free returns for any items/orders you do not need.

Once you set up your return online, you will receive an email with instructions and a free return shipping label. It is imperative that you follow these instructions carefully.
